My name is Mavis, born and raised in Ghana, where my passion for cooking began.

I studied Hospitality Management and owned my own restaurant back home, while also working in several 2- and 3-star hotels.

After moving to the Netherlands, my dream has been to open my own restaurant here.

While I search for the perfect place, I run a small catering business, bringing the authentic taste of Ghana to every event and table.

I prepare a wide variety of dishes, drinks, and snacks, all inspired by traditional African flavors and preparation methods — from hearty main courses and rice dishes to refreshing drinks and homemade pastries.
